Irina’s coaching style is engaging, practical and results oriented.
Prior to becoming a coach and performance consultant, Irina held management roles in learning and development, operations management and education in Australia and England.

Irina has worked across the corporate, public and voluntary sectors, implementing sales, productivity, learning strategies and process improvement initiatives as well as leadership, cultural and behavioural change projects. Irina has a Masters degree in HR and Coaching Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in education and management and is an accredited workplace trainer and assessor.
